Prospectvista.com is a business social networking website to help connect businesses and consumers. This application allows people to connect in the marketplace. By leveraging technology this website can make you more efficient in finding exactly what you need.

What does www.prospectvista.com do?

Once you are registered and have a profile, if you're a business (or work for a business) this website:

• helps you connect with your prospects, clients, business contacts and friends
• allows you to build your own profile and tell your story
• gives you the ability to upload your own commercial so that the marketplace can see and hear you in a dynamic way
• gives you control over your profile
• gathers vital statistics about your profile (see premium services)
• brings business opportunities to you (see premium services)
• allows you to broadcast a request for the products or services you need to the prospectvista community

If you're a consumer, this website:

• allows you to freely send out a request to the businesses in your community for whatever you need and to be contacted back through your profile
• gives you the ability to see the companies or individuals doing business around you
• includes you in the marketplace in your community
• helps consumers by being able to see and hear the companies around you
• gives you the ability to read and write comments by others on the companies you consider

Is www.prospectvista.com free?

This service is completely free to consumers. For businesses the service is free unless you want to upgrade to premium services and really accelerate your growth.

What are the premium services and how much do they cost?

Premium Services are for business profiles only. If you wish to upgrade to become a premium services member of the community, you will get the following:

• Statistics about your profile updated daily that show you vital information such as how many views your profile has had, what industries of other members are looking at your profile, demographic information about who is checking your profile out, etc.
• Larger file size you can upload for your commercial (50MB)
• Can upload a maximum of 10 commercials, rather than just 2 for unpaid memberships
• Requests in your listed industry will be automatically sent to you (you can decide if it is a good opportunity to pursue)
• Forums - think of the forums as an interactive blog (you can add value to your profile by including more information about yourself or industry in the forum and people can write in on your forum and you can have an open discussion)

All of this is for just $10 per month. However, if you want to pay for a full year of premium services we'll cut you a break and the cost is only $100 per year.

If you sign up monthly we will charge you $10 per month until you cancel your paid membership. If you cancel your membership, you will be an unpaid member again.

How do I upload a commercial?

Save your commercial to your computer. Then, simply go to the upload commercial link on your control panel and type in the name (you call it) of your commercial and type in your comments, next click on "browse" and select the file you want to upload and voila your commercial will be uploaded and within a few minutes it will be ready to be viewed.

How large of a file can I upload on my commercial?

Unpaid business members can have 2 20MB videos. Premium Services members can have 10 50MB videos.

What file format for my commercial does www.prospectvista.com accept?

• MP3 - if you just want sound

How do I upload a picture or a logo?

On the "update my profile" link, simply click on the "browse" button next to company logo or your picture and then select the picture or logo you wish to upload and click upload.

Is my profile private?

At this time all profiles are for public viewing within the www.prospectvista.com domain. There are no privacy settings to make your profile private at this time. Your email address wil not be made public, however.

Is the credit card processing secure?

We use the industry standard Authorize.net as the payment service and we do not keep any records of your credit card information. All transactions are done through a 256-bit SSL certificate.

Are my request for proposals private?

Any request you put out will be broadcast for the whole Prospectvista community to see. Please note, businesses and consumers can both make requests for proposals.

What information does www.prospectvista.com track?

We track page views, clicks, and commercial plays. We also track the various industries and give this information to our premium services customers. However, we do not give specific profile names or specific people to our premium services customers so they won't know exactly who is looking at their profile.

Why do my comments not appear on someone else's profile?

Your comments must be approved by the profile holder in order for your comments to appear on their profile. However, if you write in their forum (if they have one - forums are for premium services only) your comments will be displayed immediately.

What is the prospectcard?

The prospectcard is an image you can embed in your email signature line. For example, you may already have a set signature line that when you click on "new" for typing up a new email you may have something that pops up in your new email that is already written that may say something like:

We suggest you add this to your signature of your emails so that with every email you send, you are sending a link to your profile as well.

We also recommend you add your prospectcard to your staff's email as well (unless they have their own profile) so that every email you send you are sending your profile and advertising out.

If I am a business and I register and make a profile do I have control of what people say on my profile?

For the "comments" section you have the ability to approve or decline the comments that other people write on your profile. This is your story, we give you the ability to control what others see. If you're a premium services profile, you can add a public thread on your forum that people can write comments in and their comments will show up immediately.

Yes, we have lots of upgrades and additional features that we have planned. Stay tuned!

What industries does this apply to?

This application will work for all industries. We have an extensive industry list in the drop down menu when you either create a profile or send out a request. If there is a major industry that we have not listed, please let us know and we will do our best to get it added quickly.

Can I delete my profile?

You can disable your profile at any time you wish. However, your information will remain on our servers. Please contact us if you wish to delete all of your profile content.
