H.R.A.'s are a great way for employers to save money on their medical plan without drastically changing the medical plan to the employees.
Basically, an H.R.A. is a plan that we can set up whereby the employer self-insures a portion of the medical plan deductible or out of pocket cost that employees have. H.R.A.'s are flexible and we can customize an H.R.A. to meet your company needs and budget and recommend the appropriate funding strategy to minimize the risk that an employer will have by self-insuring a portion of the medical claims while maximizing the overal premium savings.
